Specialties: SHIFT is LA's first spring-floor studio that provides a high-energy, lower impact, full-body circuit training class. SHIFT utilizes resistance bands, light weights, and weighted medicine balls. It is a choreographed routine that is completely intertwined with the beat of the music. SHIFT's specialized spring floor is designed to absorb the shock of the body so that it enhances and encourages optimum physical performance, while greatly reducing risk of injury.
